LIBERTY HILL EXPECTATIONS

• Members of the Liberty Hill church of Christ are expected to participate in regular worship.
  That is what Christians do.
• Members of the Liberty Hill church of Christ are expected to give liberally of their means to support the works of the congregation.
  That’s what Christians do.
• Members of the Liberty Hill church of Christ are expected to be active in service to God and others. Christians work with new members to help them discover their strengths in ministry and encourage them to commit to a specific area of ministry.
  That’s what Christians do.
• Members of the Liberty Hill church of Christ will agree that they will not participate in nor will they tolerate gossip. Gossip will kill a congregation. Reference Titus 3:10-11

WHAT DOES JESUS EXPECT

• Love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. Mark 12:30
• Deny yourself and take up you cross daily. Follow Jesus. Luke 9:23
• Hate father, mother, brother, wife, children, brothers, sisters, and your own life. Luke 14:26
• Be prepared for the final test: Matthew 25:35-36. “for I was hungry and you gave me food and you took me in; I was naked and you clothed me: I was sick and you visited me; I was in prison and you came to me.”
• Love Jesus and keep his commandments. John 14:15
• Love fellow disciples as Jesus loves us. John 13:34-35 1 John 4:20-21
